Realtor requirements
One of our mantras is to “go above and beyond” for our clients. To do it, we hire smart, dedicated people who are not just agents, but Realtors. Anyone can take a state licensing exam and become a real estate agent. But, to become a Realtor means abiding by a rigid Code of Ethics that goes beyond what the state requires.

We want to give our clients the most professional and informed representation possible. So we only hire Realtors who will commit to earning 18 hours of continuing education per year (the state requires 12). Further, we strongly encourage our associates to work towards their Broker’s license and other special accreditations. We also strive to attend local, state and national meetings that impact our profession. In short, we learn all we can and do what is necessary to go above and beyond the call for our clients. Count on it.
